Limited permission, no transfer of ownership
You retain rights in submitted designs and authorize Alba Hubs, 3BA/Alba platform operators and specifically approved processors/manufacturers to securely store, inspect, measure, quote, render previews, adapt only as expressly approved, manufacture and deliver your approved revision for the requested service. You must have the rights to give this permission. It lasts only as needed for that purpose and justified retention/legal evidence; it does not permit resale, unrelated redistribution, general AI training, advertising or public portfolio use.
Separate RFQ and original-file permissions
A private upload alone is not a decision to publish an RFQ. Publishing the RFQ intentionally shows eligible, approved, authenticated providers the selected title/notes, material/process/quantity/timing, delivery region and rotating raster preview, which can be captured as pixels/screenshots. Do not include confidential details that cannot be shared this way. Bidders do not automatically receive original downloadable CAD, exact customer address, other bids or full account access. Awarded-provider original-file access requires the applicable agreement and current job/file clearance; authority expires/revokes when the task ends, subject to protected required records.
Changes, protected uses and infringement
Review and approve the exact model revision after any hollowing, drain holes, orientation or geometry proposal before production. No automated suggestion is engineering clearance. Do not submit controlled weapons/defence files, infringing designs or unnecessary sensitive data. Notify info@3baprinting.com of a rights concern with the work/right, relevant file/order, contact and truthful basis of authority. We may hold affected material and preserve evidence while reviewing. This contact does not itself establish a registered US DMCA agent or safe harbour. Optional portfolio permission must be separate, specific and recorded; refusing it does not prevent an otherwise permitted order.
