Seller, contact and contract scope
3BA Printing Ltd., carrying on business as Alba Hubs is the seller only for orders that identify it as seller. Each final quote must separately identify the manufacturer, importer if relevant, payment recipient and any other seller. OEM businesses using the Alba Hubs platform are separate sellers; use of the platform or a machine/material badge does not make 3BA the manufacturer or guarantor of every network order. Write to 1981 Parkway Boulevard, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3E 3J8, Canada or email info@3baprinting.com. These terms govern storefront/account use and accepted manufacturing orders after explicit acceptance. They preserve consumer rights. Business liability and indemnity provisions apply only where expressly stated and enforceable. A separately signed business agreement controls its commercial order only to the extent lawful.
1. Capacity, estimates and order formation
Use the service only if you have legal capacity to contract where you live and authority to represent any business. An upload, automated price, RFQ publication, network invitation or project chat is not a paid manufacturing order. An order requires express acceptance of a current final quote identifying the actual seller, manufacturer, approved file/revision and units, material/process, quantity, finish, tolerances/inspection, intended use, destination, shipment/supply date, itemized charges, currency and total price. Before acceptance you can review the whole contract, retain a copy, correct errors and accept or decline. We retain and provide the accepted version. A material change to price, geometry, specification or delivery requires renewed approval; silence or a previous account acceptance is not blanket consent.
2. Files, RFQs and confidentiality
You retain your design rights and must have authority to submit/share/manufacture the design. We receive only the limited permissions in the File Licence below. Publishing an RFQ intentionally discloses its selected title/notes, manufacturing requirements, delivery region and rotating raster preview to eligible authorized providers. Images can be captured; do not publish a confidential design that cannot tolerate that limited disclosure. Bidders do not receive original CAD, exact customer address or other bids merely by browsing an RFQ. Original CAD is released only to the awarded, authorized provider under the applicable agreement and current job/file permission. No sale of your design, unrelated model training or public portfolio use is authorized.
3. Design, automation and regulated uses
Disclose accurate dimensions/units, intended use, critical features, destination and any applicable regulated use before quoting. Weapons, ammunition, weapon components/accessories and ITAR or similar restricted defence/export files are excluded; do not upload them. Medical/dental, aviation, automotive safety, food-contact, electrical, protective, children’s and other regulated products require appropriate application-specific review before acceptance. Estimating, nesting, slicing, orientation, hollowing, wall warnings or drain-hole suggestions may be wrong and are not engineering sign-off. Approve the exact revised geometry before manufacture. Customers are responsible for their design/application decisions; sellers/manufacturers remain responsible for their own agreed work, negligence and mandatory duties. A badge or ranking is not certification.
4. Payment and changes
The accepted quote sets the payable total, including disclosed taxes, shipping and other charges. A separate checkout or payment instruction confirms the specific transaction. An agreement to use this portal does not authorize recurring billing, unlimited spend or an undisclosed fee. Payments/labels are offered only through the identified seller’s actually configured service; another business’s payment account is not proof that this seller can take payment. No subscription is offered or authorized by these terms. Any future subscription requires a separate complete offer, affirmative consent and working cancellation process under applicable law.
5. Supply, delays, cancellations and remedies
The accepted quote distinguishes production, dispatch and delivery dates and identifies the promised date, not just a planning estimate. The Shipping and Delay Notice and Refunds/Complaints Policy apply. We give any required delay notice and cancellation/refund choice; silence is not blanket agreement to repeated delays. Custom manufacture is not exempt from mandatory remedies. We supply to the agreed specifications with reasonable skill and care and address nonconformity through repair, replacement, reperformance or refund as contract and law require. A limited remedy does not remove rights where unlawful or ineffective. Reporting instructions and manufacturer referrals do not shorten mandatory rights or excuse our own defective work.
BC consumer purchases
For personal/household purchases, mandatory BC consumer contract, disclosure, cancellation and warranty protections apply where applicable, including the rules effective August 1, 2026. We provide a complete retainable accepted copy promptly and meet the applicable statutory deadline. The order includes the required pricing, supply, promotional, payment, refund and renewal information. There is no automatic renewal or unilateral contract amendment under this offer. Overlapping distance/future-performance rules and any stronger customer-location rights prevail. Off-premises/direct sales or credit require a separately reviewed channel-specific contract and notices.
6. Liability and disputes
No special monetary liability cap, blanket consumer release or consumer indemnity is imposed by these public terms. Any additional B2B allocation applies only in a separately accepted business agreement. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact info@3baprinting.com about a dispute; an informal discussion is optional and does not restrict access to a court, competent tribunal, regulator or lawful review. There is no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or shortened statutory limitation period. British Columbia and applicable federal Canadian law govern to the extent a lawful choice is available, subject to mandatory customer-location protections. No exclusive forum prevents a consumer’s statutory remedy.
7. Privacy, holds, changes and accepted records
The separate Privacy Notice explains data handling; accepting an order is not consent to optional marketing, advertising, portfolio use or AI training. We may restrict only affected files/orders/accounts/providers or destinations reasonably needed for security, lawful-use or missing regulatory requirements, giving an explanation where lawful and a reasonable way to resolve the issue. Duties to refund or correct our own breach remain. We preserve accepted versions and material approvals, and obtain required new acceptance before applying changed material terms to an order. A revised webpage cannot silently amend an existing signed agreement or expand data use.
