Order-specific promises
Your final accepted quote identifies the actual seller/manufacturer, shipment or supply date, delivery destination, transport method, disclosed freight/duties/brokerage, importer, insurance and any expressly agreed risk/title arrangement. Contact info@3baprinting.com at 1981 Parkway Boulevard, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3E 3J8, Canada. An estimator’s freight option is not a carrier booking. Production time, dispatch and transit time are different; a promised delivery date is identified separately.
Delay consent and refunds
We must have a reasonable basis for a shipment promise. For US orders covered by the FTC merchandise rule, absent a specified shipment time the applicable default is generally 30 days. If the promise cannot be met, we provide the required delay notice, a revised date where available and the applicable consent/cancellation/refund options. We seek affirmative consent whenever required; an unaccepted later delay or indefinite delay is not authorized by a previous order approval. We record the customer’s choice and issue the required prompt refund for unshipped cancelled merchandise through the appropriate payment method. Any shorter/stronger mandatory rights apply. A change to an internal timeline is not a substitute for notice.
Loss, damage and consumer rights
Report a loss, missing parcel, damage or delayed supply through the portal or contact above. Preserve packaging and evidence where safe. We do not use a carrier limitation to remove mandatory seller duties. The actual seller will handle the claim and applicable remedy. A pending refund is not described as completed; failed transactions are investigated. Any voluntary shipping arrangement or business risk allocation must be disclosed before acceptance and cannot remove nonwaivable consumer rights.
BC orders
Where BC consumer law applies, statutory remedies for deficient contract information, missing contract copies and late supply remain available in addition to this notice. Contract-copy, cancellation and refund requirements depend on the transaction type and cannot be replaced with a generic carrier policy. We do not treat a Canadian address or custom manufacturing as an exemption.
