Manufacturing and restricted-use notice
Your approved revision, material, finish, quantities, tolerances and intended use define the manufacturing scope. We retain file checksums and require human review before a specification change. Automated estimates and AI suggestions require appropriate engineering validation. Medical/dental, children's, food-contact, electrical, protective and other regulated applications require product-specific classification, testing and specialist approval before acceptance.
The check beside a vendor identifies verified use of listed 3BA materials or equipment in a stated scope. It is not a certification of every design, finished article, legal requirement or future job. Other materials and equipment must be declared with identifying details and do not receive that check. Material lots, equipment qualification, first-article results and instructions must match the order; quarantine, nonconformance and recall holds prevent affected release. Import certificates, testing, eFiling, export permissions and importer responsibilities apply where required. Customers and manufacturers must promptly disclose defects and safety information, even before an injury occurs.
Product safety and recall notice
3BA's designated product-safety lead is Bardia Alizadeh, contact info@3baprinting.com. This contact receives potential hazards for immediate assessment and coordinates affected-order/lot holds and any required regulator reporting.
Report a potential unsafe product, defect, noncompliance, warning deficiency or foreign safety action through the site safety form or info@3baprinting.com. Include the product/order or lot, destination, date of awareness and the information available. Do not wait for an injury to report. Stop unsafe use and preserve relevant evidence where safe.
Reports enter an immediate triage queue; applicable US and Canadian reporting clocks are tracked from awareness. A received site report is not a report to a regulator. We assess the actual seller/manufacturer/importer roles and statutory trigger, prepare the required report and retain regulator receipt evidence. An affected-order or lot hold remains until an authorized documented decision. Recall tracing connects material lots, batches and customer orders; notifications and remedies must be recorded as actually completed.
