In our delivery policy for 3d prints, tax, shipping, and import fees are to be paid by the customer. A select few products in our 3d printing and services, include shipping cost in the total price. These products will have "shipping included" written in the product.
Per our delivery policy for 3d prints, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty and/or defective. This is because the majority of products are custom products, which cannot be refurbished and resold as part of our 3d printing and services.
Our delivery policy for 3d prints states that unfortunately, once an order has been placed and confirmed, you are responsible for the payment. This is especially true for orders that required rare blends of filament that we do not keep in stock. In unique cases, we will allow for an order to be cancelled with a inventory fee, meaning that the expenditures we made on behalf of the client will be the only bill they pay for our 3d printing and services
